ART MART uses PayPal for fund transfers and credit card sales. ART MART will list your artwork or craft item on the site once you have signed up for a FREE Paypal account. No costs are involved for having a PayPal Account until you RECEIVE funds. These funds are then subject to fees at a basic standard rate of 2.9% + $.30. In some instances the fees are less. You may also include state sales tax and shipping costs which will be charged when an item is purchased.
ART MART fees are 10% of the selling price. Items are required to be shipped to the buyer within 7 days of sellers receipt of funds. Payment for listing item on ART MART is to be made to ART MART (skh41@siu.edu via PayPal with instructions as to notice on the site that the item has been sold) at the time the item is shipped to the buyer. All sellers must have an account with PayPal and agree to be subject to those terms. Ethical business practices are a must so that the ART MART can become and remain a viable force for Southern Illinois artists and craftspersons.
All images must be optimized and supplied by you.

TERMS OF ACCEPTANCEWelcome to the ART MART of Southern Illinois! ART MART provides an internet market for Southern Illinois Artists and Craftspersons. Persons wishing to list their artwork or craft items with ART MART of Southern Illinois agree to the fees (subject to change without notice) stipulated on the "fees" page for listing artwork or craft items and/or classified advertisement, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS") from Angelfire, which may be updated from time to time without notice to you; except that, we will not alter Section 3a ("Content Submited to ART MART of Southern Illinois") without prior notice to and acceptance by you. You can review the most current version of the Angelfire TOS at any time. Please note that other servers are governed by a different Terms of Service. NOTE: All prospective links will be reviewed for suitable and relevant content and are limited to single business web sites. 2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE ART MART of Southern Illinois currently provides users with space on its site and assistance obtaining a PayPal account in order to sell their fine art and craft items via the internet, advertising services for those who have their own web site and wish to advertise their products on the ART MART of Southern Illinois web site (Service). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current service shall be subject to the TOS. In order to use the service you must pay any service fees associated with business services and/or advertising. Please be aware that some links may be to sites which contain adult or mature content (particularly at artist sites) or which contain information or services which may be objectionable to you. 3. CLIENT/VIEWER OBLIGATIONS When using services provided by the ART MART of Southern Illinois, it is the client's responsibility to provide true, accurate, current and complete information regarding the information provided for posting in client advertisements or on space provided for their products or other services provided by the ART MART of Southern Illinois. If any information is provided that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or the ART MART of Southern Illinois and/or its members or employees has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the ART MART of Southern Illinois has the right to suspend or terminate client account(s) and refuse any and all current or future use of the service (or any portion thereof). The ART MART of Southern Illinois and/or its owners are only responsible for accurately posting information and/or images given to the ART MART of Southern Illinois by clients. The ART MART of Southern Illinois and/or its owners do not attempt to verify the information given by the client since the ART MART of Southern Illinois and/or its owners are not in control of the client's business and cannot be held responsible or liable for any complaints or damages resulting from a client's business practices. The ART MART of Southern Illinois client(s) understand that the ART MART of Southern Illinois adhere's to the Terms of Service as stated by Angelfire. The ART MART of Southern Illinois reserves the right to refuse to place objectionable material on it's web pages, on client web pages or in any advertising posted by the ART MART of Southern Illinois on the ART MART of Southern Illinois web pages. The ART MART of Southern Illinois clients are responsible for the packaging and shipping of their products to those who purchase their products and for payment to the ART MART of Southern Illinois of service fees as stipulated on the "fees" page. 3a. CONTENT SUBMITTED TO the ART MART of Southern Illinois4. INDEMNITY Clients of the ART MART of Southern Illinois and/or visitors to the the ART MART of Southern Illinois web site agree to indemnify and hold the ART MART of Southern Illinois and its owners, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of client advertising, business practices, web pages, or visitation to the ART MART of Southern Illinois web site, connection with the ART MART of Southern Illinois through services, web page development, design or advertising, violation of the terms of agreement or violation of any rights of another. 5. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE The ART MART of Southern Illinois reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the the ART MART of Southern Illinois web site (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that the ART MART of Southern Illinois shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the ART MART of Southern Illinois' service(s). 6. TERMINATION You agree that the ART MART of Southern Illinois, in its sole discretion, may terminate the use of the ART MART of Southern Illinois' service(s) and remove and discard any Content within the pages or advertising, or other services for any reason, including, without limitation, lack of payment for services, offensive advertising, or violation or actions inconsistent with the letter or spirit of the ART MART of Southern Illinois or its purpose. The ART MART of Southern Illinois may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing service(s), or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of any service provided by the ART MART of Southern Illinois under any provision of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service stipulated by Angelfire may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that the ART MART of Southern Illinois may deactivate or delete your web page(s), advertising or other service(s) and all related information and files and/or bar any further access to such files or the service. Further, you agree that the ART MART of Southern Illinois shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your web page(s), advertising, or use of other service(s) provided by the ART MART of Southern Illinois. The ART MART of Southern Illinois shall also not be held liable for any deactivation of the ART MART of Southern Illinois site by Angelfire. 7. ADVERTISEMENTS AND PROMOTIONS Angelfire (the ART MART of Southern Illinois' host server) and or the ART MART of Southern Illinois may run advertisements and promotions on the ART MART of Southern Illinois' site. You agree that Angelfire and the ART MART of Southern Illinois have the right to run such advertisements and promotions. The manner, mode and extent of advertising by Angelfire or the ART MART of Southern Illinois on the ART MART of Southern Illinois' Angelfire site is subject to change. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the the ART MART of Southern Illinois web site, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that the ART MART of Southern Illinois and Angelfire shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the the ART MART of Southern Illinois web site or on Angelfire. You further acknowledge and agree that the ART MART of Southern Illinois and Angelfire shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource. 9. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS You acknowledge and agree that the information and/or graphics or images and other necessary items used in connection with the provision of the ART MART of Southern Illinois' service(s) may contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree that content contained in sponsor advertisements orinformation presented to you through the ART MART of Southern Illinois or Angelfire or advertisers is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by ShaBruCha Graphics or Angelfire or advertisers, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the ART MART of Southern Illinois, its clients or Angelfire or the software, in whole or in part. 10.
